About 2 cups Chunked Cooked Chicken
Â¼ cup Craisens
Â¼ cup Walnuts
2/3 cup Mayo (lowfat or canola work fine)
1/8 cup Honey
1/8 teas. Nutmeg
1 Â½ teas. Ground Ginger
Mix mayo, honey and nutmeg.
Add Chicken, Craisens and Walnuts.
If mixture seems too dry, add more mayo to reach desired consistency. But not too much!
