Cool Red, White, and Blue Berry Sherbet Cups

So simple, light and elegant! A nice touch for a luncheon.

 

1 quart pineapple or lemon sherbet

1 cup sliced strawberries

½ cup blueberries

½ cup white grape juice

 

Divide sherbet between 4 serving dishes.

Top with berries and grape juice.
