If you know you’ve been exposed to the cold virus, don’t wait for symptoms. Start your attack right away – eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking orange juice and green tea, and taking your vitamins – especially vitamin C.

Fight off a cold with these –

Cantaloupe, chamomile, chicken soup, garlic, grapefruit, green tea, hot peppers, lemons, onions, pineapple,melon, strawberries, citrus fruits, water, Multi-vitamins, and Vitamin C. And plenty of sleep!

A glass of wine usually helps me too.

The minute I feel like I might have even the slightest symptom, I go on attack immediately grabbing for fruits, vitamin C, and green tea. If I feel a little worse, out comes the chicken soup!
