Cold Sores

Cold sores are a pain in the mouth! I never suffered from this problem, but boy, my daughter did! Here’s what worked –

Get plenty of these Essential immune system strengthening nutrients – Calcium and magnesium, Zinc, Beta-carotene, Vitamins C & E.

Remembering to take her vitamins has helped my daughter stop getting cold sores. Adding Zinc seemed to be the missing piece.

Avoid foods with arginine during a breakout – nuts, seeds, pork, milk and cheese.

Eat – turkey, avocado, eggs, chocolate, yogurt
