Get plenty of these Essential immune system strengthening nutrients â€“ Calcium and magnesium, Zinc, Beta-carotene, Vitamins C & E.
Remembering to take her vitamins has helped my daughter stop getting cold sores. Adding Zinc seemed to be the missing piece.
Avoid foods with arginine during a breakout â€“ nuts, seeds, pork, milk and cheese.
