Citrus Spinach Salad

1 -10 oz package baby spinach, washed

2 cups fresh orange sections or canned mandarin orange slices, drained.

1 medium red onion, sliced

1 cup Italian flavored croutons

1/2 cup prepared red wine vinaigrette dressing

Arrange spinach, orange slices, onion and croutons on 4 plates.

Pour dressing over top.

Top with fresh ground black pepper if desired.

Alternative – I like to use Craisins instead of Oranges sometimes
