1 cup apple cider
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teas. Liquid Smoke
Preheat your oven to 350 F
Put your ham into an ungreased roasting pan
Pour the apple cider over the ham
Mix the rest of the ingredients until completely blended
Spoon over your ham
Baste your ham with pan juices every 15 minutes
Baking time depends on the size of your ham. Standard baking time for a precooked ham is 15 minutes per pound.
If your ham is over 10 pounds, you may want to double the recipe.
