2 (3 oz.) packages orange gelatin
1½ cups boiling Apple Cider
1½ cups cold Apple Cider
2 (16 oz.) cans whole berry cranberry sauce
In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling cider.
Stir in cold cider and cranberry sauce.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with orange peels and mint leaves if desired.
Makes 12 – 16 servings.
