High fiber choices are a great start in the morning, or a great healthy snack anytime. Also a good source of folate and B12 which can help prevent dementia and Alzheimer’s.

It’s a great quick start to your day, and even more beneficial when you add fresh fruit. It will keep you going through your morning.

You just want to stay away from heavily sugared varieties (I know, I still love Coco Puffs.) Otherwise, it’s fast and cheap.
