Honey Rice

3 cups cooked rice ½ cup raisins, (white tastes better) 2 ½ cups milk ½ cup honey 2 Tablespoons butter   Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a different flavor, use pineapple instead of raisins. Makes 6 servings.
