Brown Sugar Roasted Pumpkin Wedges



Clean out seeds and stringy pulp using a spoon

Cut pumpkin into wedges

Mix a dash of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and ½ cup brown sugar.

Sprinkle mix over pumpkin wedges.

Place on a cookie sheet, skin side down

Bake at 400 F for 45 minutes
