2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups broccoli florets
Â¾ cup chicken broth
1 cup of broccoli can be replaced with cauliflower, or onions if desired.
Heat oil in stir fry pan. Add garlic and stir fry about 10 seconds.
Add broccoli and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
Add broth. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until broccoli is tender, about 3 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
Also good with water chestnuts (not if using onions though)
Or sprinkled with sesame seed.
