You can make this yourself, and its pretty easy!
½ bunch broccoli
3 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons flour
4 cups milk
5 slices American cheese
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cut broccoli florets into small pieces
Steam for 5 minutes or until slightly crunchy
Drain off any remaining water
Place broccoli in a bowl and set aside
Melt butter in pan over medium heat
Stir in flour, cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbly.
Slowly add 1 cup of the milk, stir until smooth
Add rest of the milk and cook 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it just begins to boil
Reduce heat to low and add American cheese. Stir until cheese is completely melted.
Add salt, pepper, and broccoli.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with cheddar cheese.
