Bleeding problems can be chronic nosebleeds, heavy menstrual flow, bleeding gums, bruising, or clotting problems. These foods have nutrients that help your body control blood flow and coagulation.
Vitamin K – Asparagus, avocado, beans, beef, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, lettuce, onion, spinach, wheat bran
Be careful with Vitamin K if you are on a blood thinning drug like warfarin.
To dissolve a bruise quickly, cut open an onion. Rub the cut side on the bruise. It will help it disappear quicker. Seriously, this works!
