Bean Dip
1 15-oz. can refried beans
1 cup sour cream
3 to 5 pickled jalapeno peppers, rinsed, seeded and finely minced.
Mix well and serve with tortilla chips.
It’s good topped with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onion.
