Basic Coleslaw

Shredded cabbage, either packaged or shred yourself with a grater using the largest holes. Make only as much as you will use quickly.

Coleslaw dressing, just enough to coat. It gets soupier as it sits.

Don’t make it too far ahead.

Fresh Ground Pepper to taste.

For a sweeter taste, add a touch of sugar.

Sort a tarter taste, add a touch of vinegar.

Serve chilled.

Optional additions-

Shredded carrot, crumbled bacon, pineapple chunks,
