Back in the day, my grandfather was an avid fisherman. We always had trout and bass in the freezer. Sometimes filets, sometimes not. This was one of the fastest dinners you could make. I would eat it with some buttered noodles and a big salad.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Rub fish with salt, pepper, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice.
Bake for 15 minutes.
You can sprinkle with parsely or chopped green onion tops to make it pretty if you like.
