This is another super fast favorite in our house –
1 boneless skinless chicken breast will make 2 sandwiches.
I season the chicken with garlic powder and McCormick’s Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning and cook it up in a saute pan with just a little water on medium heat for 5-7 minutes each side. You do not want to brown the chicken.
When the chicken is cooked through – place it in a shallow bowl and shred using 2 forks.
Put chicken back in pan and mix in your favorite barbecue sauce. I currently use Sweet Baby Rays most of the time. Use just enough to coat the chicken – not dripping with sauce.
Place on a warmed kaiser roll.
Serve with a tossed salad or potato salad and fresh fruit.
