3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 med. onion finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 cups organic ketchup
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup brown cane sugar
2 teaspoons chili powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Heat oil in pan. Gently cook onion and garlic for about 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer about 20 minutes until slightly thickened.
This sauce burns easily. Use only during the last few minutes of cooking.
