Barbecue Sauce – light

cooking

1 cup dry white wine

½ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 med. Onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons cane sugar

1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

2-3 drops of Tabasco

 

Put it all in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil.

Partially cover, lower heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until thickened.
