Balsamic Vinaigrette

¾ cups extra virgin olive oil,

¾ cup balsamic vinegar,
1 clove garlic crushed,

½ teaspoon dried oregano,

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard,

salt and pepper to taste

 

Place ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well until all ingredients are combined.  Refrigerate until ready to use.
