Â½ dozen cocktail shrimp, tails removed
1 cup mild picante sauce
Â¼ cup ketchup
Â¼ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Â¼ cup honey
Â¾ cup chopped sweet red pepper (1 inch chunks)
Â¾ cup chopped green pepper (1 inch chunks)
2 cups spiral pasta cooked according to package directions
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1 head leaf lettuce
1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
Combine picante sauce, ketchup, Cajun seasoning and honey.
Carefully stir in shrimp and peppers until well mixed.
Add pasta and black olives and mix gently.
Line large salad bowl with leaf lettuce leaves.
Place chopped lettuce in center.
Top with shrimp mixture.
Garnish with tortilla chips.
