½ dozen cocktail shrimp, tails removed
1 cup mild picante sauce
¼ cup ketchup
¼ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
¼ cup honey
¾ cup chopped sweet red pepper (1 inch chunks)
¾ cup chopped green pepper (1 inch chunks)
2 cups spiral pasta cooked according to package directions
1/3 cup sliced black olives
1 head leaf lettuce
1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
Tortilla Chips
Combine picante sauce, ketchup, Cajun seasoning and honey.
Carefully stir in shrimp and peppers until well mixed.
Add pasta and black olives and mix gently.
Line large salad bowl with leaf lettuce leaves.
Place chopped lettuce in center.
Top with shrimp mixture.
Garnish with tortilla chips.
