Sadly, despite my best efforts, I have developed partial blockage and calcification. OK, not my best efforts…I still smoke.
Anyway, I have upcoming appointments with a cardiologist.
In the meantime, I started taking Heal-n-Soothe. It is an enzyme formula that is supposed to reduce fibrin in your body.
Its too early to tell if the blockage is diminishing, but my blood pressure dropped!
I have had resistant high blood pressure for years. Now suddenly its normal and below.
