Apricot Cashew Clusters (fast and no bake)

These are so fast and easy. You can use them for lunchbox treats, or to fill out holiday cookie packages, or just to satisfy a sweet tooth.

 

1 package milk chocolate chips (11 ½ oz.)

1 cup dried apricots – chopped

1 cup cashews – chopped

 

Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.

Stir in apricots and cashews.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets.

Chill until set – at least 15 minutes.

Makes 2 ½ dozen.
