Vinegar is a natural antibiotic. It triggers your immune system to stops the growth of microbes.

Vinegar also helps stop sugar level surges after a meal.

But apple cider vinegar is a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals and has been used for centuries to heal all sorts of ailments.

Apple cider vinegar contains Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, beta-carotene, bioflavinoids, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorous, Chlorine, Sodium, Sulfur, Copper, Iron, Silicon, and Fluorine.

Advocates say that it regulates metabolism, balances pH, reduces inflammation, reduces bloating and water retention, removes exess sodium, help control high blood pressure, clears arteries, lowers cholesterol, and increases memory and concentration.
