You might have a hard time believing it when I tell you that losing weight is actually easy when you have the right information, right?

Everyone else is telling you how hard it is and how much you have to struggle and sacrifice. And the recipes they put out there for weight loss is enough to turn anyd red blooded food lover off. Where do they come up with some of this stuff? Does anybody really eat that?

    I think it is really interesting how different people tackle weight loss and the depth it takes for some people to want to lose weight. He should be really proud of himself for all his efforts and how far he has come.

    I think weight loss is all about three things – attitude, diet and exercise. From my experience, reducing carb intake and doing aerobic exercises are keys to successful weight loss.

    Losing weight is definetly hard work.I use to overeat,but have found alot of strenght in keeping it under control.Since then, the feeling of success I felt by sticking to my plan to loose weight and stop over eating, has kept me motivated.
