I hear it all of the time. People take one look at my arms and say, “Oh, you work out, don’t you?”
“Oh yeah, I work out.” (sort of 😉
Here’s my secret – a resistance band from WalMart…
And if you do a set before you leave the house, your muscles will look pumped for hours.
Do not do this more than 3 times per week. You always want to allow a day inbetween.
