When I opened my email this morning, imagine my surprise when I saw an email from Desmond Tutu.
Of course, like you – my first reaction was yeah, right. But the email was from Change.org, and Mr. Tutu has started a petition there to free a young Chinese couple who are essentially political prisoners.
Will China bend to global pressure? Who knows. But I signed it. Will you?
