I don’t know about you, but I am being inundated with emails about losing weight and reaching goals. I wrote about one incident over at the Rebel With a Fork Blog.
You want a weight loss miracle? Eat real food, more fruits and vegetables, give up pop, get some exercise, and get enough sleep. You’ll be amazed at the results.
You want to achieve your goals? Make a reasonable daily to-do list – and do it. Do 3-5 small things every day that will move you towards your goal. You’ll be surprised at how much faster you’ll get there.
The time and money you spend looking for some magic solution could have been spent actually achieving your goals. Think about that.
Guidance and training is fine, and even necessary – but at some point you have to just do it!
Make up your mind that this is the year that you’ll make your own magic happen.
