How are you feeling today?

Whether you’re feeling good or bad – it’s your choice.

Aching joints, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, fatigue, … all symptoms of a bigger disease – YOUR DIET.

You know what’s causing all of this sickness? Nutrient deficiency.

Your body CANNOT operate correctly or repair itself without nutrients. Period. End of discussion.

If you refuse to give your body nutrients – it WILL breakdown.

It’s like never putting oil in your car. What will happen eventually? Your car has a heart attack – the engine blows up.

C’mon – Give your body at least a fighting chance!

If you’re just starting to change your eating habits – here are some easy ways to get in at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day –

Drink orange juice in the morning

Have some fruit

Have some vegetables on your sandwich

Eat a good salad with dark greens and top with your favorite vegetables – brocolli, carrots, radishes, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, whatever. You can get 2-3 servings of vegetables out of the way with one good salad. And put some dressing on it. Your body needs some fat to process the nutrients in vegetables. If the dressing has vinegar too, that’s even better. Vinegar helps control sugar spikes.

Drink some cranberry juice.

Put fresh strawberries on your dessert.

Take your vitiamins.

Get 30 minutes of exercise a day. That can be walking, washing the car, vacuuming, bowling, tennis, dancing… Just get your body moving at least 30 minutes a day.

Is there more you can do? Yeah, there is. But don’t get overwhelmed. Just start with these basics and get used to that.
