I just read a couple of disturbing articles about how devastating wheat is to our health.
I know personally, I cannot eat whole wheat bread. It tears my system up.
If you think about it, our grandparents ate highly refined white bread. It has only been since people started eating whole wheat that digestive problems, gluten sensitivity, and auto immune disease started to dramatically increase.
Now add GMOs and Round-Up to the mix.
Bread in all forms is bad for the waistline. You should eat it in moderation anyway.
