First, I want to say – Fiona, I hope you are OK.
For those of you who do not know – Fiona (one of our members) lives in Cairo. I have tried to get thru to her email, but all Internet and mobile phones were cut off today. Lets pray for a calm resolution.
Where have I been? I’ve sort of had my head buried trying to finish up a couple of projects that needed my focused attention if I was ever going to get them done. And I started a new job – so my head is quite full. And my schedule is turned upside down again. Now I have to adapt to real working hours after working mostly evenings and weekends for so long. It will certainly be more healthy! But you won’t be seeing me online at 2 AM very often anymore!
I’m so happy to be able to eat real dinners again. Tonight I had chicken wraps. Yummy! I haven’t decided what I’m going to make this weekend yet. I’ll have to head over to Rebel With a Fork and see what strikes my fancy…
This weekend will be filled with taxes, some spring cleaning, and getting the February issue up at Rebel With a Fork. You know I always bury my self in the cold dreary days so I can have more time to play when warm sunny days are here again!
That’s my plan. What’s yours?
