Wow, I could not agree with you more. We need real healthcare reform because it’s the right thing to do, absolutely. But for a party that claims to be fiscally responsible, it should be an embarrassment for Republicans to oppose it.

Our country spends SO much more than other developed countries on healthcare, with demonstrably poorer results. The reason for it, of course, is the incomes of tens and hundreds of millions of dollars going into the pockets of the CEOs of insurance and pharmaceutical companies.

We must contact our representatives and tell them that we want and we need to have decent healthcare available to ALL Americans.
