I’m on mailing lists from both political camps – and today has been a whirl wind!

Both sides have lined up their arguments for and against the stimulus package. And both sides make good arguments. And both sides are good at pointing fingers.

What’s right in the long run? Heck, I don’t know. Will another $600 check help? No, I don’t think so.

I think about the tollways that we are driving on, and still paying tolls for. Tolls that have gone up like crazy. Does that mean that the tollway was a bad idea? It served it’s purpose at the time. And yes, there is a danger of more of this type of thing happening in the future. Projects that are started now may end up being a drain in the future – but we need help now. And the projects are needed.

How will we pay for it? Heck, I don’t know.

Both sides are asking for support, and I feel like a deer caught in the headlights not knowing which way to turn.

And I the only one who feels this way?
