this was pretty cool.. are you a leader or a follower? I usually gravitate towards following the lead but maybe today I will be the leader! hmmm. to what shall I lead???
I think the other part message is that its ok to be a follwer of the right cause, and that as a follower of the cause, you can also make a difference and help the cause to grow.
We need both leaders and followers. I am both at times. It was interesting to see the perspective the vital role the first follower plays. I tweeted this so others can have something to think about too.
