Amazing how out of shape you can get in just a few months. I was doing a little spring clean-up in the yard, mostly picking up all the rocks that got snow blowed all over the yard from the gravel parking pad.
I remembered that I hurt pretty bad last year, so I made myself just do a little at a time. But I didn’t stretch first.
With all that bending over, the backs of my thighs, my back, and my abs are feeling it.
When YOU go out to start cleaning up – be smarter than me and warm those muscles up first!
