What’s that old saying? There’s nothing new under the sun, right?
Well, now there is this new trendy exercise called stomach vacuuming.
It really is an old deep breathing exercise. But that’s OK. It should be done laying or standing or sitting where your back is kept as straight as possible.
Deep breathing will help build lung capacity, increase oxygen to your cells, strengthen your core muscles, and relieve stress. That’s a lot of benefit in a simple little exercise!
Will it give you washboard abs? Not likely. But it should help flatten them some.
