Green Beans in Mustard Sauce

1 1/2 Tablespoons butter

3 Tablespoons flour

2 teaspoons yellow mustard

1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 1/2 cups milk

3 cups cooked green beans

 

Melt butter in sauce pan.

Blend in flour, seasoning and mustard, mixing until smooth.

Add milk stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.

Add green beans. Heat through and serve.
