Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

1 graham cracker crust

2 -3oz. packages cream cheese, softened

1 -14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup mini chocolate chips

1 egg

1 teaspoon flour

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


Chocolate Glaze (optional)


½ cup chocolate chips

¼ cup whipping cream


Preheat oven to 350 F.


Beat cream cheese until fluffy.


Gradually beat in sweeteded condensed milk until smooth.

Add egg and vanilla. Mix well.

Add flour, chocolate chips.

Pour into crust.

Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.

Cool completely.

Top with glaze if desired.

Chill completely.


Glaze (optional - not really recommended)

Melt ½ cup chocolate chips with ¼ cup whipping cream. Cook until smotth and thickened.

Spread evenly over cheesecake.
