Frozen Egg Nog

2 eggs

¼ cup pure cane sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

dash salt

1 cup whipped cream, whipped

 

Beat eggs with salt and sugar until sugar is completely dissolved. It should look like thick custard.

 

Add vanilla and nutmeg.

 

Fold in whipped cream.

 

Freeze.
