Cool & Creamy Cranberry Loaf

1 -3oz. package cream cheese, softened

¼ cup sugar

1 -16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce

1 cup whipping cream, whipped

6 slices angel food cake - ½ inch thick

 

Line the bottom and sides of a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with heavy duty foil

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Beat in cranberry sauce

Fold in whipped cream

Spread 1/3 of the mixture in prepared pan

Top with 3 slices of angel food cake

Repeat

Top with the rest of the cranberry mix

Cover and freeze

Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving

Remove from pan using foil to lift

Remove foil

Cut loaf into slices and serve
