Key Lime Cheesecake

½ lb. Graham crackers, crushed

1 ½ sticks butter, melted

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 large package lime Jello

1 -3 oz. Cream cheese

1 -8 oz. Cream cheese

¾ cup sugar

3 teaspoons vanilla

1 can Milnot – chilled

 

Combine crackers, butter, and powdered sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.

 

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Let cool.

 

Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add to cooled Jello and blend with electric mixer.

 

Whip Milnot until stiff.

 

Gently fold the whipped Milnot into the Jello/cheese mixture.

 

Pour mixture over crust.

 

Refrigerate until set.
