Beefy Rice with Mushrooms

½ cup finely chopped green onions with tops

1 Tablespoon butter or olive oil

3 cups rice, cooked in beef broth instead of plain water

1 -4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained

½ teaspoon salt

Sauté onions in butter or oil until tender.

Add the rest of the ingredients.

Heat thoroughly.

Fluff lightly with fork and serve.
