tuscan beans and tomatoes

1 –19 oz. can cannelloni beans or 1 –16 oz. can great northern beans, rinsed and drained.

1- 14.5 oz. can Italian style stewed tomatoes

1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

1 teaspoon snipped fresh rosemary or ½ teaspoon dried rosemary

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Cracked black pepper

 

In a large saucepan, combine beans, undrained tomatoes, vinegar, rosemary and red pepper.

Heat to boiling.

Top with fresh ground black pepper if desired.

To make it even heartier - add cooked shells.
