Basic Baked Fish

Back in the day when my grandfather was alive – we always had trout and bass in the freezer. This was one of the fastest dinners you could make. I would eat it with some buttered noodles and a big salad.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Rub fish with salt, pepper, olive oil, and fresh lemon juice.

Bake for 15 minutes.
