Calico Coleslaw

2 cups cauliflower Florets – cut into bite size pieces

2 cups shredded cabbage

¼ cup chopped red onion

1 - 8oz. bottle of coleslaw dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded carrot

5 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled


Combine all ingredients except 1 tablespoon of the crumbled

bacon in a large salad bowl. Toss until well coated.


Cover. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.


Just before serving, sprinkle reserved bacon evenly on top.



Time saver –

You can substitute Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits, or use microwave

bacon cooked crisp.
