Radish And Cilantro Relish

2 cups Radishes -- Thinly Sliced

1/2 cup Onion; Chopped -- 1 Med

3 Tablespoons Orange Juice

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

2 Tablespoons fresh Cilantro -- Finely Snipped

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/8 teaspoon Pepper -- Freshly Ground

 

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at

least 1 hour. Makes 3 cups of relish.
