Quick Fajita Marinade

½ cup Italian salad dressing

½ cup salsa

1 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel

2 Tablespoons lime juice

1 Tablespoon snipped fresh cilantro

¼ teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce

Mix all ingredients.

Pour marinade over beef or chicken in a plastic bag or covered bowl.

Marinade chicken for 4 hours, Beef overnight, turning meat

occasionally.

Cook meat on grill or stovetop. Reserve marinade.

Shred or thinly slice meat.

Heat reserved marinade to boiling.

Serve with fajitas.

Yum!

;-) Personally, I prefer the standard Chicken Fajitas. (look in chicken recipes) What do you think?
