Unstuffed Porkchops

This one takes a little bit longer than 30 minutes (like 40), just because of oven time - but its so easy, you can make a great vegetable dish to go with it while you wait for it to cook.

1 bag brownberry stuffing

3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

6 bone in pork chops


Preheat oven to 425 F.

Prepare stuffing according to its directions

In a small bowl, mix mustard and mayonnaise.

Put pork chops in a 13x9 baking pan.

Brush both sides with the mustard mixture.

Put the stuffing on top.

Cover dish with cover, or foil.

Bake 10 minutes.

Uncover the baking dish. Bake 20 minutes longer, or until pork chops are done – 160 F on a meat thermometer.

Serve with fresh green beans, or a great vegetable dish.
