Veal Scallopini

A really easy classic

4 thinly sliced veal cutlets

salt & pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 oz. Triple Sec

2 oz. Beef Broth



Season cutlets with salt & pepper. Brown quickly in oil.

Add beef broth and Triple Sec.

Simmer 5 minutes.

Serve cutlet with some pan juices spooned over. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

Serve with buttered noodles and a tossed salad. And a good glass of wine ;-)
