Tuna with Red Pepper & Corn Salsa

Corn Salsa

1 red pepper cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 cup cooked corn,

1/4 cup minced onion

1 Tablespoon Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 Tablespoon Honey

Fish

4 (6 oz.) Tuna Steaks or fillets

Mrs. Dash Chicken Grilling Blend

To Prepare Corn Salsa

Mix Corn Salsa ingredients well and refrigerate.

Add 1/4 cup fresh minced parsley when ready to serve.

To prepare fish -

Spray fish steaks with olive oil.

Sprinkle each steak with Mrs. Dash Chicken Grilling Blend.

Place on foil line baking sheet and roast in preheated oven at 400

F. for 10-12 minutes. Or grill each steak 5-6 minutes on each side on medium high grill.

Serve with Salsa.
